DRONE REPAIR TERMS
You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have provided appropriate consent for a minor to use this site.
You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not transmit worms, viruses, or malicious code.
Violation of any terms may result in termination of your access to services.
COLLECTION AND OWNERSHIP OF REPAIRED ITEMS
Customers are notified when a repair is completed. Items must be collected within six (6) calendar months from the date of notification. We will use the contact details provided at the time of service to inform the customer.
Failure to collect an item within six (6) months will be deemed abandonment. Ownership will transfer to us. We reserve the right to dispose of, recycle, or resell the item without compensation.
It is the customer’s responsibility to keep their contact details accurate and up to date.
DRONE REPAIR WARRANTY
- Diagnostics: Provided free of charge.
- Warranty Period: Repairs are covered by a 12-month warranty on parts and labour.
- Return for Warranty: Customer must return or ship the repaired item (at their cost) if an issue arises within the warranty period.
- Exclusions to Warranty Coverage:
- Crashes or fire caused by pilot error or external damage.
- Unauthorised modifications, disassembly, or improper use.
- Environmental damage (wind, rain, dust, electromagnetic interference).
- Third-party part usage or unauthorised service providers.
- Low battery operation, outdated firmware, or misuse.
- Data loss, software issues, or altered identification labels.
We are not responsible for any loss or disclosure of data, including personal or proprietary information stored on the device.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Credit card information is always encrypted. Other data may be transferred unencrypted across networks.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available."
In no event shall we, or our affiliates, be liable for any damages arising from use of the Service or products, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
