This website is operated by us, a subsidiary of DJIFIX LTD. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DJIFIX LTD. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and drone repair services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
Returns:
You may return an item to us within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please contact us to initiate a return. We will provide you with our UK return address.
- Partial Refunds (if applicable):
- Drones with visible signs of use
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 60 days after purchase
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First check with your bank; there may be processing delays.
- If the issue persists, please contact us.
Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
If you need to exchange an item, contact us via phone or email. We will provide a return address.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Postage:
Contact us first and we will provide a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Any postage fees we incur due to underpaid returns will be deducted from your refund.
For items valued over £40, we recommend using a traceable shipping service (e.g., Royal Mail Signed 1st Class) or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
